Mother's Day Cupcakes

This year for Mother's Day, I'm going to decorate all my cupcakes with mom's favorite things with fondant



I made flip flop, handbag, flower hat, flowers with ribbon and a heart shape from the children

Fruity Japanese Cheesecake

This cake I made for one of my special Korean friend's birthday and they don't really like sweet cake and so I made this for him with just a little sweetness


This cheesecake is so soft and tasty with a layer of no-bake blueberries cheesecake and the cake was decorated with fruits and glazed of apricot preserved.


I topped the cake with 3 longevity fruits made from fondant



The cheesecake is wrapped up in a box with a touch of a ribbon.

Ni Hou Kai Lan Characters

These are my other new creation made from fondant for topping on cupcakes or cakes. These characters was inspired me from Nick Jr, Ni Hao, Kai-lan.

Kai-lan is a five and three-quarters year old Chinese-American girl overflowing with energy

Rintoo (age 5), a hyperactive but sensitive tiger

Lulu (6), a fun and generous pink rhino who often floats around with a balloon tied to her front horn

Tolee (5), a reluctant Koala Bear
